The D&A Way
We value our community and play an active role in educating the youth in the importance of knowing how to build highways, streets, bridges and place barriers. We make it our priority to give back to foundations that support diversity in the community, scholarships for minorities to helping people with disabilities that need service animals, youth sports teams, sustainability and organizations which help people who have experienced natural disasters. We try our best as a firm to help in any way that we can!
Our extended Ohana includes employees, our clients and our community.
Supporting future young engineers, upcoming construction workers, and youth with learning opportunities to accomplish their dreams. Over almost five decades D&A has empowered the youth to achieve promising careers.
To establish a pathway to the importance of getting involved with all of your community. Actively supporting minorities and women in construction. Start the energy of more acceptance in the workplace and your will find that energy will continue to grow. It starts in our communities and supporting that energy in any way possible is vital to a stronger community.
